Q: How quickly can you deliver a container?
Standard delivery is typically 3–7 working days, depending on location and availability. Urgent requests may be accommodated subject to stock and scheduling.
Q: Can I view a container before purchase?
Yes. We can provide photos, specifications and in some cases arrange viewing, depending on location.
Q: What sizes do you offer?
We commonly supply 20ft and 40ft containers, including high cube options. DNV offshore units and converted containers are also available.

Q: Do you offer short-term container hire?
Yes. Short-term hire is available for events, temporary storage and project-based requirements.
Q: Can hire periods be extended?
Yes. Hire agreements can be extended subject to availability.

A one-trip container is a unit that has made a single journey from the manufacturer to the UK. It is near-new condition.

All used containers are inspected to ensure structural integrity and weather resistance before dispatch.
Q: What is a DNV offshore container?
DNV offshore containers are certified units built to meet offshore lifting and structural standards for energy and marine environments.

Q: Do you build container conversions in-house?
BoxFlow manages conversion projects through trusted specialist partners while coordinating specification and delivery.
Q: Can you customise doors, windows and electrics?
Yes. Conversion specifications can include insulation, glazing, electrical fit-out and layout adjustments.
Q: Are conversions available for hire?
In some cases, yes. Depending on specification, converted units may be available for structured hire or purchase.
Delivery & Site Requirements
Q: Do I need special access for delivery?
Containers are typically delivered via HIAB-equipped vehicles. Adequate access and space for placement are required.
Q: Can containers be placed exactly where needed?
Yes, subject to site access and safe positioning conditions.
Q: Do you collect hired containers?
Yes. Collection is coordinated at the end of the agreed hire period.
